Withdrawal / Return products

Wohpe Jewelry accepts the obligation to return and change products only in the following cases:

• if the product has been sent in the wrong colour,
• if the product has been sent with visible defect caused by the jewelry designer

If any of the above reasons apply, the e-shop takes over changing the product and sending it again without any financial burden on your part.

Returns and changes are not accepted in the following cases:

• You can not request a change in products because choosing the wrong color during the order.
• You can not request a change in products because you forgot to include something on the information you sent us.
• You can not request a change if you selected to buy a different product from the one you were intending to.

Refund is not possible.
